A. Check Social Security records. Also, the online site for church of the latter day saints has a really good death records database.

Speeding ticket in Comal County, Texas, HELP!?
Q. So I got a speeding ticket about a year ago, but it was in Bexar County, Texas, I did defensive driving and it's clear, no record or anything. I just got one today for doing 63 in a 40 zone. My question is, can I do defensive driving again to clear the ticket, since it's in a different county, and jursidiction? If not, what should I plead, no contest obviously, but I was on the way home from baby sitting, so I was just tired and trying to get home since it was about 45 minutes away. How much is it for the ticket, of course there is the base price, but how much is it for every mile over the speed limit?? Any help would be great! Thank you!

A. I' m not sure about Texas..but mostly states have a defensive drive only every 18 months...so 1 year a go you make that already...means's that you can't do it again until 18 months has passed...also you was 20 miles per hour above the limit, the fine could be over 200 bucks, almost 300 bucks..and in that situation..the fine will be higher...perhaps..the judge also could be disagree to give to you a chance to take the school option... I suggest to you..wait for the warning letter...all depends what the letter say, hopefully if you have a chance to do it..do it..if not ..pay the fine and drive carefully, unfortunately this affect your insurance quote price and also..they give you a point for the ticket...so your best shot will be...wait for the… [cont.]

how do i get a court appointed attorney for a misdemeanor?
Q. comal county, texas tells me that they do not have to provide me with an attorney for a misdemeanor no matter how grim my financial situation. I was told to put in a motion for appointment of counsel and that it would be very unlikely for the judge to efuse this official request. i am a student, 21 hours this semester, and i have been unemployed for 9 months. I think i am within my rights to demand counsel. What happens if the judge disagrees? Isn't this right gaurenteed to me? is there a chance for jail time for possession of drug paraphernalia?(marijuana pipe)
